For all notary appointments be prepared with the following information:

• Type and scope of Documents for notarizing
• Government issued photo ID with expiration date
• All parties named as signatories must be present for signing
• Contact information for your receiving agency if notarial certificate is not included in your document

Business hours:     

General hours of business are Monday - Sunday   9 am to 9 pm.

Please call or email for specific appointment times and locations.  (Since the Notary travels, days of location will vary.)

Fees for Notary Services: 

• Acknowledgement:  $10 per signature
• Verification of Oath or Affirmation  (Jurat):  $10 per signature
• Witnessing or Attesting Signature:  $10 per signature
• Certifying copies:  $10 per certification
• Certifying Event or Act:  $10 per certification
• Schedule of fees available for all notarial acts as per WA State Law

Fees for Travel are based on time and mileage:  (Mobile Notary)

• Contact Notary for a cost estimate for your location.  (King, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom counties)
• All travel fees negotiated and agreed upon before your signing appointment
• Fees for Travel are in addition to the notarial fees and not required by law
• Meetings can be arranged in agreed upon location for reduction in travel fees

Fees for Document Delivery:

• Deliveries billed @ $35 per delivery ~ Seattle City Limits (includes confirmation receipt)
• Beyond City of Seattle contact the courier for time and distance estimates

*Proper identification is required or Notary Services cannot be rendered.* 

Examples of Government issued acceptable forms of ID include:

• Driver's License
• State id
• Military id
• Official Passport 
• Must contain your photograph, description and signature 
• Credit cards with photo not accepted
• Must be current issue (not expired)
